What do drivers actually see?

A sign at the charging stalls links to the guide for that charger. Featured spots sit at the top as an offer with your code and a one-tap Directions button. The rest of the guide lists what’s nearby with walking times.

Why is it free for 60 days?

ChargerPal is brand new and we’re putting up signs at each charger now. Founding businesses get 60 free days, and the clock doesn’t start until the sign at your charger is live. If the sign goes up after you sign up, we push your first charge back so you always get the full 60 days with drivers seeing your spot. You’ll see your views and redemptions before the first $50 charge, and you can cancel before then and pay nothing.

Is the sign up at my charger yet?

We’re installing signs charger by charger this fall, starting in St. George. We’ll email you the day yours goes live, and that’s when your 60 free days begin.

What does it cost?

Nothing for the first 60 days. After that it’s $50 a month per charger, billed by Stripe. We email you a week before the first charge, and you can cancel any time before day 60 and pay nothing.

How do I know it’s working?

Every featured business gets its own code, so your staff can count redemptions. Each month we email you how many people viewed your spot, tapped Directions and used your code.

Can I change my offer?

Yes, any time. Reply to any email from us and we’ll update your offer, wording or logo, usually the same day.

How many businesses are featured?

At most 3 per charger, so your spot stays near the top.
