ChargerPal

For property owners and managers

A free amenity for drivers charging at your property.

Drivers wait 15 to 40 minutes at the chargers in your lot. One small sign at the stalls links to a free guide of what’s worth the walk: coffee, food, restrooms and what’s open now, starting with your own tenants.

Ask about a sign

Concept: a 12 by 18 inch ChargerPal sign mounted on a stucco wall beside an EV charging pedestal. It reads “Charging? See what’s worth the walk.” above a QR code and the address chargerpal.com/stg-sunset.

Questions

Does it cost the property anything?

No. We pay for the sign, the hardware, the permit and the install, and we keep it clean and replace it if it’s damaged.

Is it an ad?

No. The sign names no businesses. It points drivers to a free guide of coffee, food, restrooms and what’s open, with walking times. Your own tenants are listed first.

What if we want it moved or taken down?

Email us and we’ll move or remove it. No contract to break.

What about fake QR stickers?

The web address is printed large under the code, so drivers can type it or check that their phone shows chargerpal.com.
